At Unity we endeavour to provide the best serviceand the best selection, yet we cannot (sadly) stock all books ever written so we also pride ourselves on hunting for obscure, imaginative and underrated titles that you bring to our attention.

Here is what to expect from us when you place a special order:

Minimum expected delivery times:

(from the time of ordering, for titles in stock with suppliers)

• NZ suppliers on shore: 5-7 days
• NZ suppliers off shore: 7-10 days
• UK suppliers: 2-3 weeks
• US suppliers: 10-14 days

Minimum expected delivery times for titles not in stock with suppliers:

• NZ suppliers on & off shore 4-6 weeks
• UK & US suppliers 8 weeks plus.

Payment:

As a general rule no prepayment is necessary for books under $100 but as the costs increase a deposit of a third of the total is required.
