Kirsten O'Connor is a New Zealand author, grief advocate and founder of This Is Grief, a platform built around honest conversations, grief literacy and creating spaces where people can be seen, rather than 'fixed'. Her work began after the death of her daughter, Kahlia, and from the enormous gap she found between the reality of grief and the way we often talk about it. Through This is Grief, Kirsten writes, speaks and creates resources that make room for grief without trying to solve it.
