About the event
2026 marks ten years since literary icon Umberto Eco's passing. To celebrate his extraordinary life and work, HE Cristiano Maggipinto (Ambassador of Italy in New Zealand), Marco Sonzogni (award-winning scholar, editor, poet, and literary translator) & professors from Te Herenga Waka University will hold an in-store talk, followed by various readings from Eco's work.
