I am still constantly thinking about Āria. It has stayed with me since I read it & I can't shake the feeling Hinerangi crawled into my brain & saw everything I thought about being a white-passing Māori or reclaiming māoritanga. Hinerangi writes with such calm, deliberate, considerate anger. YOU SIMPLY MUST READ!
