Such a beautiful read. I know I’ll revisit this one. Probably more than once. Just as I have “Call Me By Your Name”. There’s something so sensory about Aciman’s writing. He skilfully evokes every sight, sound, smell, and taste of his setting. It’s like taking a sultry vacation in which you discover something deeply profound about yourself or the world around you. This one explores the concept of past lives. So, if you’ve ever met someone and felt as though you’ve known them forever; this one’s for you.
